Assignment Overview

Welcome to the AI course. In this course, you will learn how artificial intelligence works and how machines can learn from data to make smart decisions.

We’ll begin with a clear, step-by-step learning approach designed to build your skills gradually each week. You’ll start by understanding core concepts and foundational ideas, then steadily move toward applying what you’ve learned to real-world problems.

Now, let’s look at the practical work you will complete. You will create a spam detection model using classification, clean and organize raw datasets, and build a simple prediction system such as estimating house prices based on given data.

As you move forward, you will learn how to split data into training and testing sets, understand how models learn from patterns, and explore how different algorithms perform on the same problem. You will also gain experience in selecting the right approach for different types of data.

To stay on track, keep an eye on your deadlines. Weekly assignments are due every Friday, your mid-term project is due on October 20th, and your final assignment must be submitted by December 10th.

Late submissions may affect your grades, so plan your time well, start early, and keep practicing to strengthen your AI skills.
