Knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference. In this video, we’ll walk you through our office evacuation procedures—so you can act quickly, stay safe, and help others when it matters most.

When the evacuation alarm sounds, remain calm and immediately stop what you’re doing. Leave personal belongings behind and proceed to the nearest marked exit—never use elevators.

Follow the illuminated signs and any instructions from floor wardens. Keep to the right in hallways and stairwells, and assist those who may need help. Once outside, go directly to the designated assembly point for our office, located in the Maple Street parking lot, next to the big oak tree.

Stay with your team, and do not re-enter the building until it’s officially declared safe by emergency personnel.

Remember—know your nearest exits, know your assembly point, and stay calm. Preparedness saves lives.
