So, who’s eligible? All corporate roles can join after 90 days. For our Fulfillment Center teams, shift-swap flexibility is available through the Flex program.

You design your week. We’ve got core hours for collaboration, and flex blocks for deep work or life’s needs. Just keep in mind—time zone overlaps help keep your team running smoothly.

And here’s what we trust you to do: meet your deadlines, focus on delivering great results over counting hours, flag any conflicts early through the VertexFlex App, and attend at least 80% of your team’s core-hour meetings.
