Click-and-Collect Guide

Hi, I’m Sophie from Maple Kitchen. Here’s how to order ahead and collect your meal without joining the ordering queue.

Start by visiting our app, choosing your pickup location, selecting your meals, and picking an available collection time. Add any customisations, drinks, or sides before paying. You’ll receive an order confirmation with your number and pickup time, followed by a “Ready for Collection” message when your food is ready.

Once notified, head to the Pickup Counter beside the entrance and provide your order number. There’s no need to queue at the till. Our team will verify your order and hand over your food, with hot and chilled items packed separately. Please wait for a team member to give you the bags.

Before leaving, check your order to make sure everything is included. If anything is missing or incorrect, let our team know so we can replace it, offer an approved alternative, or arrange a refund if an item is unavailable. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, call the store using the number in your confirmation.
