If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, start by logging into your Garbstore account and heading to ‘Order History.’ Choose the item and click ‘Request a Return.’
You’ll get a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Just repack the item with all accessories and drop it off at any approved courier location.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days — straight to your original payment method.
Remember: Items must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition to qualify.
