Hello everyone! I’m Rachel Thompson, Training Coordinator at Skyline Grand Hotel, with an important update about our upcoming hospitality staff training schedule.
Starting next month, a few training sessions will move to new time slots to better support hotel operations and staff availability. Guest Service Excellence Training will now take place every Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, while the Front Desk Communication Workshop will be held Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Updated schedules will be available on the employee portal and staff notice boards.
Please review the revised timetable carefully and make sure you’re registered for the correct sessions. Attendance remains mandatory for employees taking part in these training programs.
If you’re unable to attend, please notify your department manager and the training team as early as possible so alternative arrangements can be made. Staff are also encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early before each session begins.
