Hello! I’m Amara, and I’m overjoyed to invite you to Echoes of the Earth, a festival celebrating living traditions from every corner of the world.
Think of it like the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, right here in our Greenfield Gardens. We honor the cultures that teach us craft, music, and ritual aren’t just seen, they’re passed hand to hand.
Come dye cloth with natural pigments from our elders, twist sweetgrass with storytellers, and craft your own seed‑paper lantern. At dusk, we walk together—planting light and wildflower seeds in a ritual of renewal. And all day, feel the thunder of Japanese taiko, the fire of flamenco, and the ancient strings of the kora on our open‑air stage.
Mark your calendar: Sunday, July 19th, from 11 a m to 7 p m at Greenfield Heritage Gardens, 14 Orchard Lane. Entry is completely free, all workshops are included. Just bring your curiosity and a blanket.
RSVP and get all details at our website. Come celebrate the rhythms that connect us. I’ll see you in the garden.
