Annual Awards Ceremony

Hello, everyone. I’m Melia, and welcome to Northbridge Group’s Annual Awards Ceremony. This is our opportunity to recognise the colleagues whose ideas, teamwork, and dedication have made a measurable difference across the business.

To put their contributions in perspective, customer satisfaction reached 94%, up from 88%, while on-time project delivery improved from 85% to 96%. Behind those results were people who resolved recurring problems and helped colleagues deliver better work. Our three awards recognise that contribution.

The Customer Excellence Award goes to Emma Collins, who reduced complaint resolution time from three days to one. The Outstanding Team Award goes to our Operations Team for cutting missed deadlines by more than half. And the Rising Star Award goes to Daniel Brooks, whose onboarding checklist reduced new-hire setup time from five days to two.

These achievements deserve recognition that supports further growth. Emma will receive a $2,000 professional development fund to build on her customer service expertise. The Operations Team will receive $3,000 for a team development activity, while Daniel will join a six-month mentoring programme with a senior leader. Each reward gives our winners an opportunity to build on the contribution we’re celebrating.
