Hello, and welcome to Westbridge Museum. I’m Michael from the visitor services team. Here’s how to check in, find your way around, and make the most of your visit.
Start at the main entrance with your mobile ticket open and its QR code ready to scan. After the bag check, leave large backpacks in the free lockers beside reception, keeping valuables with you. If you plan to leave and return later today, ask reception for a re-entry wristband before heading out.
Once inside, allow about 90 minutes to explore our three main galleries. Begin with Local History on the first floor, featuring maps, photos, and historical objects. Then head upstairs to the Art Gallery for regional paintings and sculptures. Across the hall, the Discovery Room offers interactive exhibits, including printmaking and material exploration.
As you move through the galleries, look for photography signs: personal photos without flash are welcome unless a display says otherwise. Please avoid touching original exhibits and keep food and drinks in the ground-floor café. Restrooms are beside the ground-floor elevator, with step-free access available throughout the museum.
Pick up a free gallery map at reception and begin with Local History on the first floor. Enjoy your visit, and stop by the service desk whenever you need a hand.
