Kindergarten Enrollment Guide

Hello, I’m Emily from Willowbrook Kindergarten. I’ll walk you through applying for a place, tracking your application, and completing your child’s enrollment.

For the 2027–28 school year, your child must turn five by September 1, 2027. Applications are open from January 11 to March 12 through our website. Create a parent account, enter your family details, and upload proof of age, address, and guardian photo ID. Files must be PDF or JPG under 10 MB each. Once submitted, save your application number.

After submitting, check Application Status in your account. Review takes up to ten business days; requested corrections are due within five business days. Complete confirms document approval, not a place. Offers are emailed April 9, and waitlisted families are contacted when places open, with no payment required.

If your child receives an offer, accept it, sign the agreement, and pay the $300 deposit within seven calendar days. The remaining $8,700 is paid in ten monthly installments of $870. The deposit is refundable through June 1 but becomes nonrefundable afterward.
