Hello, I'm Jessica from ArcSpan Robotics. Meet ArcCell 400, a robotic welding cell built for manufacturers producing repeatable steel assemblies. Let me show you how it works and how it fits into your operations.
The system features a six-axis robot, a part positioner, a pulsed MIG power source, fume extraction connection, and torch-cleaning station. Operators simply load the part, select the approved program, close the safety gate, and start the welding cycle.
Once the part is secured, TouchSense Alignment checks its position and adjusts for small differences. WeldPath Control follows the approved welding path using saved settings, while RecipeRecall loads programs for different parts and prompts operators to confirm the correct fixture. The first completed part is then inspected before batch production begins.
To get started, we review your drawings, welding requirements, floor space, and batch sizes. Our team then prepares the fixtures, programs the system, and trains your operators. ArcCell 400 starts at $148,000, including installation and two days of training. Custom fixtures and additional programs are quoted separately.
ArcCell 400 gives your team a repeatable welding process with clear checks before each production run. Send ArcSpan Robotics a part drawing and your target batch size to plan a welding trial.
