Hi, I’m Leah from ForgeLine Components. We turn approved part drawings into precision-machined prototypes and production-ready components.
Our SpecLock Review checks the drawing revision, units, material, dimensions, tolerances, and finish before programming begins. For example, if a drawing lists dimensions in millimeters but a file is set up in inches, we flag the mismatch before it can affect the part. Production starts only after the specifications align.
Once machining begins, we measure the first part against the approved drawing before moving into the full run. Our BatchTrace record links each order to its material lot and inspection results, so the production team can verify which material and measurements belong to that batch.
Here’s a sample price for a T6 aluminum mounting plate with two holes, deburred and uncoated: 3 prototypes cost $285, 50 parts cost $1,450, and 500 parts cost $7,250. Each price includes material, CNC milling, deburring, and dimensional inspection; estimated lead times are 5, 10, and 15 business days, respectively, after drawing approval. Coating, shipping, and applicable taxes are additional, and the prices apply to this part specification.
That’s how ForgeLine keeps the drawing, material, machining, and inspection connected from the first part to the full batch. Thanks for taking a look!
