Hello, graduates, and welcome to Northbridge Consulting’s 2027 Talent Program. We are looking for early-career professionals who can turn careful research and structured analysis into practical business recommendations.

If you enjoy evaluating markets and growth opportunities, the Strategy Analyst role offers that focus. Candidates who prefer working with operational data can apply as Data Analysts, building forecasts and dashboards that support decisions. Operations Associates then turn those insights into improved workflows, lower costs, and stronger service delivery. All three roles accept final-year students and graduates with up to two years of experience.

Your development begins with a six-week consulting academy covering client communication, financial modeling, and project delivery. You will then apply those skills through two industry rotations and a supervised client assignment. Throughout the process, an assigned career mentor will help connect project feedback with your longer-term goals.

Submit your résumé, academic transcript, and 300-word motivation statement by November 14th. Successful applicants will first complete an online assessment, followed by a case interview and final partner interview. Positions are available in London, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
