Holiday Work Schedule

Hello and welcome to this important Labor Day staffing update from the Operations and HR team at BioCore Laboratories.

Labor Day will be observed on Monday, September 7. Employees who are not assigned to holiday coverage will have the day off, while essential biomedical operations will continue under a three-shift schedule.

The Day Shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, will cover Laboratory Operations and Sample Processing. The Evening Shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, will cover Biomanufacturing and Quality Control. The Night Shift, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, will be handled by Equipment Support and Facility Monitoring to keep critical systems running overnight.

Assigned staff should report 15 minutes before their shift for handover and review any pending samples, production status, equipment alerts, and safety issues with the outgoing team. If you need to swap a shift, submit your request through the scheduling portal and receive manager approval by 5:00 PM this Thursday.
