Staff Care Summary

Hello everyone, I’m Kyle from the Human Resources Department. Today, I’d like to share a brief overview of our staff care initiatives and how they support our employees across the hospital.

Over the past quarter, we’ve introduced several employee support programs. Staff can now receive meal subsidies of $75 per month and transportation assistance of $50 per month to help reduce daily costs. We’ve also enhanced wellness benefits, providing access to health resources and support programs that promote well-being and work-life balance.

We’ve also launched staff welfare initiatives, including an Employee Recognition Program to celebrate achievements and regular team-building events to strengthen collaboration and communication across departments.

These efforts have led to stronger staff engagement, improved employee satisfaction, better teamwork, and greater participation in wellness and development programs across the hospital.
