Internal Notice Summary

Hello everyone. This is an important internal notice from the Hospital Communications Team regarding upcoming changes to staff parking facilities. Please take a moment to review the following information.

Beginning August 1, 2026, the staff parking area on Level B2 will undergo maintenance and resurfacing work to improve safety, traffic flow, and parking accessibility. The project is expected to last approximately two weeks.

During this period, designated temporary parking spaces will be available on Levels B3 and B4. Clear directional signage will be installed throughout the parking facility, and security personnel will be available to assist staff with parking and navigation if needed.

To avoid delays, staff are encouraged to arrive a few minutes earlier than usual and follow all temporary parking instructions. Reserved parking areas, emergency access routes, and loading zones must remain clear at all times to ensure safe hospital operations.
