Labor Day Holiday Notice

Hello everyone. I’m the HR Coordinator at NexaTech Solutions, and I’d like to share a quick update on our Labor Day holiday arrangements.

Labor Day will be observed on Monday, September 7. Employees who are not assigned to holiday coverage will have the day off, while designated team members will work according to the holiday coverage schedule. Regular office operations will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

On Monday, September 7, teams will follow the holiday coverage schedule below. IT Services will operate from 8 AM to 4 PM, Customer Support from 9 AM to 5 PM, Cloud Infrastructure from 4 PM to midnight, and System Monitoring from midnight to 8 AM. Managers will confirm assigned staff, responsibilities, and on-call contacts before the holiday.

Before the break, please complete any urgent tasks, update project statuses, and make sure important files and systems are secure. Employees working remotely or on call should also remain reachable through approved communication channels.
