Hello everyone, I’m Mr. Daniel, the Academic Coordinator at Crestview International School. This training provides a brief overview of our grading system, assessment process, and grade reporting procedures.
Our grading system is designed to provide a fair and balanced evaluation of student performance throughout the year. Final grades are based on a combination of exams, assignments, quizzes, projects, class participation, and attendance.
The grade breakdown is as follows: Final Examination 40%, Assignments and Coursework 25%, Quizzes and Class Tests 15%, Projects and Presentations 10%, and Class Participation and Attendance 10%. Teachers should ensure all assessments are completed, graded accurately, and recorded on time before each reporting period.
To submit grades, log in to the academic portal using your staff credentials, select your assigned class, enter assessment scores, review the calculated grades, and submit them before the reporting deadline. Progress reports should be updated regularly, and all term grades must be submitted according to the academic calendar.
A clear and consistent grading system helps track student progress effectively. Thank you for supporting accurate records and student success throughout the academic year.
