Hey everyone! I’m Ethan Clarke, lifestyle content creator here on Fresh Vibes, and today I’m sharing my morning routine to kickstart the day with energy and focus.
I always start with a glass of water to hydrate, followed by a quick 10 minute stretch or yoga session, it really wakes up the body and mind.
Then I like to take a few minutes just to slow down. Sometimes I meditate, sometimes I jot down whatever’s on my mind in my journal. It really helps me feel calm, clear, and ready to take on the day.
For breakfast, I like to keep it simple but tasty, something like oatmeal with fresh fruits and a cup of green tea. It’s quick, healthy, and really gives me the energy to get started.
After that, I check my planner, jot down priorities, and make a to do list. It helps me feel organized and sets a good rhythm for the day.
