Step 2: Process & Confirmation. Listen carefully for the guest’s name and who they are visiting. Repeat it back to confirm, and check the digital visitor log—remember, the screen is a tool, not a barrier.
Step 3: Hospitality & Handoff. Offer a refreshment and guide them to the seating area. Then personally escort each guest to their host or the elevator bank—never just point.
