Hi team! I want to take a few minutes to walk you through our office attendance policy so everyone is clear on expectations and procedures.
Our official working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Being on time is important to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.
Daily attendance is mandatory. Missing or unmarked attendance may result in a 5% deduction from the daily pay, with repeated absences leading to further action.
If you need time off, submit a leave request in advance through the system. Paid and unpaid leave policies apply depending on the type of leave, and approvals are required from your manager.
If you’re going to be late or absent unexpectedly, inform your manager as soon as possible. Accurate reporting helps us plan work efficiently and keeps things fair for the whole team.
