Subcontractor Onboarding

Welcome to Horizon Construction, and thank you for joining us as a new partner. We’re excited to work with you, and we want to make sure your first day—and every day after—is safe, smooth, and productive.

Before your first day, ensure all your paperwork—insurance, licenses, and our MSA—is submitted and approved. Every morning, all personnel must check in at the site trailer for the daily briefing.

Horizon’s safety standards are absolute. Full PPE is required on-site at all times, and you’ll be assigned a specific work cell—please stay within it. All RFI, schedules, and updates are managed through our Horizon Connect app—it's your single source of truth.

We also expect the worksite to be kept tidy, with end-of-day cleanup included in your scope. And don’t forget to join the daily debrief at 3:30 PM at the site trailer—proactive communication helps prevent issues before they happen.
