Worker Induction Video

Good morning, and welcome to the site. This induction is here to give you a clear understanding of how we work and, most importantly, how we keep everyone safe.

Safety is our top priority. Always wear the required protective equipment, follow site signs, and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. If something doesn’t look right, speak up—your actions can prevent accidents.

You’re expected to know your role, follow instructions from your supervisors, and only carry out tasks you’re trained and authorized to do. Working outside your scope puts you and others at risk.

We also ask that you arrive on time, treat your co-workers with respect, keep your work area tidy, and follow all site rules and procedures throughout the day.
