Hey team, I’m Harry Wilson, your safety trainer. Today, we’re going to run through fall protection, because when we’re working at heights, every step matters.
First up, equipment checks. Before you even climb, inspect your harness, latching system, and anchor point. Look for wear, damage, or loose parts. If anything looks off, don’t use it — get it replaced.
When you’re 6 feet or more off the ground, tie off. Use the correct latching system for the job and make sure it’s secure. Don’t assume it will hold — confirm it.
Keep your workspace tidy, use barriers, and watch your step. Don’t lean over or stretch too far — those simple habits are what keep people safe.
Follow site rules, check your gear regularly, and buddy up if you’re unsure. Safety is a team effort, and it starts with you.
Let’s get heights done safely, every time. Your safety is in your hands — fall protection is your responsibility.
