To get started, open the official ActiveLife Physiotherapy app and tap “Book Now” right on the homepage.
From there, you can browse our full schedule and see all available practitioners and services at a glance.
Once you’ve found a time that works for you, simply fill out the short booking form with your name, email address, and phone number. It only takes a moment.
Then tap “Confirm Booking,” and that’s it—you’re booked! You’ll receive an instant email and SMS with all your appointment details.
