In our first internal success story we have an R&D triumph. We only had 72 hours to save our original recipe. When the pea-protein texture failed, the team pivoted fast—re-engineering it with local algae, now it’s our best-selling patty. The lesson, nature’s answers are everywhere.

Next, an operations game-changer. Our interns pitched mushroom-based packaging—and it worked! Plastic waste dropped by 85%, and we’ve already diverted 12 tons of plastic from landfills. Big lesson here: sustainable ideas can come from any role, any level.

Our last but most important internal success story is our community impact. This quarter alone, we’ve donated over 10,000 VEAT meals by repurposing “ugly” veggies into delicious dishes.
