Step 1, Initiate. Head to the I-M-G Portal, complete the Global Intake Form, upload the final draft, and tag everyone involved—artist, writer, sub-publisher.

Step 2, Review. Legal vets clauses for international law and compliance. Rights Management clears samples and confirms global ownership. Any issues are logged in the Global Master Tracker.

Step 3, Approve. Routed automatically to the designated M D or Head of Legal. Digital signature only, this is non-negotiable. Once signed, fully executed copies are instantly archived in the I-M-G Vault.

Step 4, Track. Our system flags renewals 90 days in advance across every territory. The process repeats, ensuring no asset ever lapses.
