Hello, I'm Eric Coolage, CEO of animation company Pixel Pulse. As new incoming talent, it's important for you to understand our company culture, which is why we put together this series of authentic stories and experiences from current employees to share with you today.

First up, we have Jasmine, a character animator who’s been on our team for two years. She says: “I left big studios for Pixel Pulse. Here, my weirdest ideas get greenlit—like my zombie-squirrel series? It’s premiering on Hulu next month!”

Next is Raj, our Technical Director for five years. He says: “We’re pioneers. Last year, they funded my obsession—building real-time AI animation tools. Now, our team codes alongside Oscar winners.”

Here’s Chloe, a Junior Designer who’s been with the company for one year. She says: “Right out of art school, I was animating main characters. My mentor? A Pixar vet. When I nailed the crying-baby scene, they flew me to Tokyo to present it!”
