To be eligible for promotion, you need to demonstrate sustained high performance. Take initiative beyond your core role and have support from your team lead. That means a minimum of 12 months in your current role, that you consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, and demonstrate leadership with mentorship to other junior colleauges and owning key projects.
Evaluation criteria for promotions are based on 360° feedback from your peers and leaders, a track record of delivering value and your ability to operate at the next level. This means to have demonstrated business Impact with client results and revenue growth, shown technical & functional expertise as well as leadership & culture.
Promotion pathways are varied, choose your path from a specialist track with deep expertise, the management track with leading teams, or the client leadership track with taking account ownership. Promotions are reviewed twice per year in June and in December. High-potential talent may accelerate with executive endorsement.
