School Safety Drills Announcements

At Evergreen Hills School, your safety is our top priority. That’s why we conduct regular safety drills—to make sure every student and staff member knows how to respond in an emergency.

This month, we’ll be holding three scheduled drills, each taking place during the school day and guided by trained staff.

On Monday, October 7th at 10:00 AM, we’ll conduct a Fire Drill, with evacuation to the south field assembly area.

Then on Wednesday, October 16th at 1:30 PM, we’ll practice a Lockdown Drill, with students remaining safely inside classrooms, away from doors and windows.

And finally, on Friday, October 25th at 9:00 AM, we’ll hold a Severe Weather Drill, where everyone will move to designated indoor shelter zones.

These drills may seem routine—but they save lives.

Practicing helps us stay calm and take quick, confident action in real-life emergencies like fires, intruder threats, or extreme weather.
