Hello, I’m Rachel from Finance at Westbridge Financial. Let’s go through eligible expenses and how to submit claims in SAP Concur.
Before submitting, check that your expenses qualify. We cover business transport, approved accommodation, and business-trip meals, with limits of $60 per day for meals and $180 per night for accommodation. Higher amounts require advance written manager approval. Personal purchases, regular commuting, and alcohol are excluded.
Submit your claim within 30 days of the expense. In SAP Concur, open Expense, select Create New Report, and complete the required fields. Then choose Add Expense and Create New Expense. Enter the expense type, date, merchant, amount, and business purpose, such as “Client meeting with Oakwell Partners.” Upload a readable itemised receipt using Add Receipt. Finally, save your expenses, check the total, resolve any blocking alerts, and select Submit Report.
After submitting, track your report through manager approval and Finance review in Concur. If it’s returned, follow the reviewer’s comments, correct the original report, and resubmit. Once approved, reimbursement will reach your payroll bank account within five working days.
Remember to check your amounts, receipts, and business purpose before submitting. Thank you for helping us keep reimbursements accurate and on time!
