Hi, I’m Jane Jones with The Laurel Inn. Booking a room should be simple, so let me walk you through exactly how it works.
First, pick your room. We offer Standard, Deluxe, and Suite options. Each listing shows bed size, room size, and whether you get a city or courtyard view. Then check availability by entering your dates. If you see green, it's available. If it's red, try adjusting by a day—midweek is usually easier.
Rates vary by season, but our system always shows the full nightly rate and taxes before you confirm your reservation. You can also add extras like breakfast, parking, or late checkout during the booking process. We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets, and your payment information is protected with secure encryption.
After booking, you’ll get instant email and text confirmation with your reservation number, room type, dates, payment, and a QR code for express check-in. You can modify or cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no cost. A reminder with door access info comes the day before your stay.
That’s it—three simple steps and you’re booked. Reserve online, call, or visit us in person. We can’t wait to welcome you to The Laurel Inn!
