Hi there. Welcome to VITAL. My name is Jordan, and I am your membership coordinator. You just signed up, so now you might be wondering… what happens next? Let me walk you through your first 48 hours.
First, download the VITAL app. It only takes about 30 seconds to complete your waiver, and once that’s done, fill out the “Goals & Experience” section. That helps us match you with the right coach and training style based on your fitness level and goals.
Now let me show you the layout.The main floor is dedicated to strength training, upstairs you’ll find our cardio mezzanine, and the turf area in the back is designed for mobility work and stretching. Your key fob gives you 24/7 access, and if you need a locker, just ask me for a combo lock—it’s free for your first month.
You have three ways to train here. First, small group classes start on Mondays and Wednesdays at six p.m. Second, one-on-one coaching with Coach Marcus. And third, open gym using our VITAL one hundred one video library. If you are not sure which one fits you best, book a free fifteen-minute ‘Fit Check’ with me.
For your very first workout, please show up ten minutes early. I will introduce you to a starter circuit. That includes a ten minute warm-up, twenty minutes of basic lifts, and a five minute stretch. No intimidation here, just friendly guidance.
