Hey everyone, quick update before tonight’s classes start, I’m Jessica, the gym operations coordinator. We’ve made a few changes to next week’s class schedule based on member feedback and attendance trends.
First, the 6 A.M HIIT class on Mondays and Wednesdays is now moving to 6:30 AM. A lot of you said getting here by 6 was tough with morning traffic, so we adjusted the timing to make it easier.
We’re also adding a new Tuesday evening cycling session at 7 PM with Coach Daniel because the last two spin classes were fully booked with waitlists.
And for recovery-focused members, we’ve introduced a Sunday Mobility & Stretch class at 11 A.M. It’s lower intensity, beginner-friendly, and great for post-workout recovery.
One important thing, boxing fundamentals on Fridays now requires advance booking through the app since class capacity has been reduced from 20 to 12 members for safety and coaching quality.
We’re always adjusting the schedule around what members actually use and enjoy, so keep the feedback coming. Alright, next class starts in ten minutes, see you guys in the studio.
