Next is operation. Add your ingredients into the jar, but don’t fill it past the maximum line. Start with a low speed for soft ingredients like bananas or strawberries, and use a higher speed for harder items like ice or frozen fruit.

Finally, cleaning. After using the blender, unplug it and remove the jar. Rinse it with warm water and a little dish soap. For quick cleaning, you can add water and soap into the jar and run the blender for a few seconds.
