Our billing is designed to support your use of the Streamline app—a subscription-based platform that helps you manage projects, track tasks, and collaborate with your team in one place. Let’s cover some common billing questions.
First, payment methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and select digital wallets, giving you flexible and secure ways to pay for your monthly or annual subscription.
Next, invoicing. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and sent to your registered email address. You can also view, download, or print invoices anytime from your account dashboard. Each invoice clearly shows your plan, usage details, taxes, and billing period.
If you experience issues like a failed payment, unexpected charge, or missing invoice, most can be fixed by updating your payment details in the app. And if you need help, our support team is always available.
