Hey there! If you’ve got questions about your CloudSync bill, you’re in the right place. Let’s clear things up quickly and make sure everything looks correct.
You can pay securely using any major credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Need an invoice for your records? No problem—just go to Account Settings and click Billing. You’ll find all your details there, including your plan, billing date, and the amount charged.
If a payment fails, the first step is to double-check your card details or try a different payment method. To avoid service interruptions, we recommend enabling auto-pay. Just a heads up: billing happens on the 1st of every month. If you upgrade, you’ll be prorated instantly, and if you downgrade, the change will take effect in your next billing cycle.
