Construction Progress Update

Hello and welcome. On behalf of Michael Reynolds, we’re happy to share a quick update on how construction is coming along. We know many of you are eager to see how the project is progressing, so here’s where things stand today.

The good news is that we’ve hit several major milestones already. The foundation is complete, the structural framing is in place, and the initial utility installations are finished—setting a solid base for everything that comes next.

Right now, our teams are busy inside the building, working on interior development, electrical and plumbing systems, and carrying out regular safety inspections.

Overall, progress is right on track. Quality and safety remain our top priorities, and every stage of the work is being carefully monitored.

Up next, we’ll move into exterior finishing, detailed interior work, and final system testing. We expect to complete these phases within the next three months.
