Hi everyone, I’m Lora, and today we’re going to tackle that stiffness and tension from long hours at your desk. Let’s reset your body with three quick stretches you can do right where you are.
First up, the Neck Side Stretch. Gently tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder and place your hand lightly on your head for a soft stretch. Take two deep breaths, then switch sides.
Next, the Behind-the-Back Chest Opener. Clasp your hands behind your back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and gently lift your arms away from your body. Hold for about 15 seconds and feel that chest open up.
Finally, the Seated Spinal Twist. Sit tall with your feet flat. Place your left hand on your right knee and your right hand on the back of your chair. Gently twist to the right, hold for 10 seconds, then switch sides.
Just like that, a minute or two of stretching can help you feel more relaxed, focused, and ready to take on the rest of your day. Remember, your well-being is worth every little stretch—try these throughout your day and feel the difference!
