Hey everyone! If you spend long hours sitting at a desk, this is for you.
Let’s talk about simple office stretches to reduce tension and keep your body happy while you work.
First—neck and shoulder release. Gently tilt your head side to side and roll your shoulders back a few times. It’s amazing how much tension sits right there when we’re stressed or staring at screens.
Second—back stretch. Sit tall, interlace your fingers, and push your arms forward while rounding your upper back. Hold for 10 seconds, breathe slowly, and feel the stretch between your shoulder blades.
Third—wrist and hand stretch. Extend one arm forward, pull your fingers back gently, then switch sides. Perfect if you type all day or use a mouse nonstop. And don’t forget to stand up and move.
Every 45–60 minutes, take a quick walk or stretch your legs.
Your body is not designed to stay frozen in a chair all day. So remember: stretch often, breathe deeply, and take movement breaks.
Your posture improves, your energy goes up, and your body will thank you.
