Hospital Visitor Management
Rendora StudioWelcome to Evergreen Medical Center, where patient safety and visitor comfort go hand in hand through our Hospital Visitor Management System.
Every visit begins with registration at the front desk or digital kiosk. Visitors provide a valid ID, the patient’s name, and their relationship before receiving a visitor badge that clearly shows their name, destination, and visit time.
Our visiting hours are designed to balance patient rest with family connection. For general wards, visiting is open from 11 A M to 1 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM on weekdays, and from 10 A M to 8 PM on weekends. Intensive care units allow visits between 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 7 PM, with limited access to protect patients.
Safety protocols are always in place. Visitors must wear masks when required, practice hand hygiene, and stay only in authorized areas. Some units, like ICU or isolation wards, have additional restrictions to safeguard vulnerable patients.
By following these procedures, Evergreen Park Medical Center ensures a secure, organized, and compassionate environment — where every visit supports healing and peace of mind.
