It’s designed to help you explore new roles, expand your skills, and shape your career—without leaving the organization.

Here’s how it works: First, check your eligibility. You’ll need at least six months in your current position and a solid performance record.

Next, browse open roles on our internal job board. Once you find a position that interests you, submit your application through the employee portal—updating your résumé and highlighting relevant experience.

Your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager and your current supervisor to make sure the transition is smooth. If you’re selected, HR will coordinate your start date and any necessary handover period.
