To better support our clients and streamline operations, we’re excited to announce a restructuring within our Client Services Department.

Effective next week, Client Services will be divided into two focused teams: Account Strategy and Customer Success.

This change allows for clearer responsibilities, quicker decision-making, and more personalized support.

We’re also thrilled to announce the promotion of Taylor Morgan to Director of Account Strategy, and Jesse John to Head of Customer Success.

Both bring leadership, insight, and deep knowledge of our mission.
