Hey, team. I’m Tony from BrightNest Cleaning. This training covers how to prepare a customer’s home, follow our cleaning sequence, and complete the checks before you leave.
Before starting, review the work order with the customer and confirm any excluded rooms, fragile items, or existing damage. Check surfaces that need special care, such as marble countertops. Prepare blue cloths for general surfaces, green for kitchens, and red for toilets. Follow product labels, wear the required protection, and never mix cleaning chemicals.
Once you're ready, clean from top to bottom, removing dust before wiping and saving floors for last. In the kitchen, use fresh green cloths for food-contact surfaces. In the bathroom, start with mirrors and sinks, move to the shower, and clean the toilet last using red cloths and dedicated tools. Replace dirty cloths as needed, and follow the required disinfectant contact time.
After cleaning, check each room against the work order for missed spots, streaks, residue, or wet floors. Return items to their original positions, and report any damage to your supervisor. Finally, review the completed work with the customer and record the handover in the service log.
Complete your final check and service log before marking the visit finished. Thank you for keeping every BrightNest clean consistent and carefully checked.
