Student Counselor Recruitment

Hello everyone, I'm the Human Resources Coordinator at BrightPath Academy, and we're currently recruiting Student Counselors to join our Student Services team.

In this role, you'll support students with academic, social, and emotional concerns through one-on-one counseling, help them develop educational and career plans, and work closely with teachers and parents to promote student success.

We're looking for candidates with excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field. A master's degree or professional counseling certification is considered an asset.

This is a full-time, on-campus position based at BrightPath Academy, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The starting salary ranges from $58,000 to $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, and includes health benefits, paid school holidays, and professional development opportunities.
