Hi everyone, welcome to Grand Horizon Hotel! I’m Milo, your HR Onboarding Specialist. Today, I’ll guide you through your role as a Front Desk Associate, covering the teams you’ll work with, our service culture, and daily procedures.
You’ll get to know key teams like housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, and reservations. You’ll learn how to coordinate with them, handle guest requests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and deliver professional service throughout your shift.
Next, we’ll introduce our service culture, which focuses on creating warm, personalized experiences for every guest. Greet guests by name when possible, respond promptly, and take initiative to assist before guests even ask.
Finally, we’ll review your work schedule and uniform requirements. Front Desk Associates work five days per week on rotating 8-hour shifts. Uniforms include your name badge, neat grooming, and a professional appearance at all times.
