Quick reminder team, hygiene standards aren’t just part of operations here, They are the member experience.
Every treadmill handle, dumbbell grip, yoga mat, and machine seat must be disinfected after peak-hour blocks and immediately if visibly soiled. Use the approved hospital-grade sanitizer only, spray, wait 60 seconds, then wipe. Don’t rush the contact time.
In locker rooms, showers and touchpoints like lockers, faucets, and benches are checked every hour. If soap dispensers, wipes, or sanitizer stations are below 25%, restock immediately, don’t wait for complaints.
Member safety also means guiding behavior. If someone leaves equipment sweaty or used wipes behind, address it politely but directly. Cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility, but enforcement starts with us.
Each sanitation round must be logged digitally with time stamps. Missed logs mean missed accountability.
A clean gym builds trust, keeps members safe, and protects our reputation. Standards aren’t occasional here, they’re every shift, every station, every member.
