Hi everyone, I’m your HR manager here at BrightWave Consumer Services, and today I’ll briefly explain our paid leave policy and how it supports your work-life balance.
Once you complete your probation period, you become eligible for paid leave as part of your employee benefits. Our policy includes 20 days of annual leave, 10 days of sick leave, and 8 days of casual leave each year. Annual leave is for planned time off, sick leave supports health-related needs, and casual leave covers short or unexpected situations.
To ensure smooth operations, employees are required to apply for leave in advance through the HR system. Each request is reviewed and approved by the reporting manager based on team workload and planning needs.
Beyond time off, we also offer additional benefits such as leave encashment, where unused annual leave may be converted into cash based on company policy. In some cases, limited unused leave can also be carried forward to the next year.
Overall, our goal is to support your well-being and flexibility while maintaining smooth business operations, because a well-rested employee always performs better.
