Visitor Policy Guide

Hello everyone! Welcome to NorthGrid Energy Facility. Today, I’m walking you through the visitor policy guidelines across our site.

Before arriving on-site, all visitors must complete pre-registration and provide a valid government-issued ID. Visitors are also required to confirm the purpose of their visit and identify their site contact in advance.

When entering the facility, everyone checks in at the security gate, receives a temporary visitor badge, and attends a short safety briefing covering emergency exits, restricted zones, and evacuation procedures.

Visitors must remain with their authorized escort at all times and are not permitted to photograph equipment, control rooms, or secure systems unless written approval has been provided.

Finally, all entry and exit times are logged for compliance and emergency accountability purposes. These procedures help protect personnel, infrastructure, and overall site operations.
