Hi everyone, I’m Mark Davis, your safety officer, here to share some quick tips to stay safe while traveling or at home.
First, always have a list of essential emergency contacts. For example, 9-1-1 for police, 9-3-3 for the fire department, and 9-4-4 for medical emergencies. Also keep a trusted family member or friend on the list.
If an emergency happens, stay calm, call the right number, and give clear information about your location and the situation.
Make sure your phone is charged and easily accessible. Consider saving contacts in speed dial or writing them on a note you carry with you.
It’s also smart to familiarize yourself with nearby hospitals and local emergency services before you go anywhere new.
Being prepared makes all the difference. Stay alert, keep your contacts handy, and you’ll be ready for anything. Stay safe out there.
